The heavy-duty linear vibrating screen is a high-efficiency screening machine independently developed by our company. It uses anti-clogging, wear-resistant screens or plates with high open area, and features high screening efficiency, large processing capacity, small footprint, easy maintenance, and low production costs. It's suitable for screening, de-mudding, dehydration, and medium impurity removal in non-ferrous metals, metallurgy, and coal industries.
(1) The MLF linear vibrating screen can operate in both elliptical and linear stroke modes. The linear and elliptical strokes enable it to be installed horizontally or at a small inclination (-5-5°), effectively reducing the civil construction height and saving installation space.
(2) The MLF linear vibrating screen features a wide stroke range, with the excitation force generated by two unbalanced masses reaching 6-6.5G.
(3) The flange electric vibrator is installed on the side plate of the vibrating screen, facilitating easy maintenance and servicing of the motor.
(4) The mounting holes for the screen box's side plate are bored in one operation on a large floor-standing numerical control boring and milling machine after the overall assembly of the screen box. This ensures the concentricity requirements for the two vibrator motor mounting holes, preventing issues such as bearing sleeve burnout and screen machine tilting caused by different centers of the two vibrator motors.
(5) The two flange vibrator motors are connected with flexible couplings, achieving synchronous transmission while reducing the impact on the motors.
(6) The screen machine support uses vibration-damping springs, which have a long service life, are corrosion-resistant, provide smooth passage through resonance zones, produce low noise, and have minimal impact on the foundation.
(7) The screen machine has a large processing capacity: it comes in single-, double-, and triple-deck configurations, with a wide range of particle sizes and a screening area of 3-29 square meters. Additionally, it uses anti-clogging and wear-resistant polyurethane screen meshes, which offer high processing capacity and can be selected based on the size of the working conditions.
