Multi-layer High-frequency Vibrating Fine Screen

Screen size:0.043mm-0.074mm

Energy consumption:low

wear parts:Replaceable

Product Details

The fine screen adopts a forced pulp distribution method for feeding, which reduces the flow velocity of the pulp on the screen surface and extends the life of the screen mesh. At the same time, it allows the pulp to be evenly spread on the screen surface, which is beneficial for improving processing capacity and screening efficiency. The dual vibrator configuration, combined with the linear vibration and the patented re-pulping technology, provides a longer flow area for the screened material and faster conveying speed, maximizing the removal of fine-grained material from the feed. It is equipped with high-quality, high open-area ratio, and long-life patented products - anti-clogging and wear-resistant polyurethane screen meshes , ensuring the lowest production costs.

Product Advantages

  1. High processing capacity, with screening efficiency reaching over 80%.

2. Multiple parallel paths, occupying minimal space. Up to ten parallel paths can be achieved, expanding on the original multi-feed principle.

3. The screen frame is supported by rubber springs, resulting in low noise, and minimal dynamic load on the equipment, thus eliminating special requirements for the installation foundation.

4. Forced pulp distribution is used for feeding, which reduces the flow velocity of the pulp on the screen surface and extends the life of the screen mesh; it also allows the pulp to be evenly spread on the screen surface, which is beneficial for increasing processing capacity and screening efficiency.

5. Dual vibrator configuration, combined with linear vibration and patented re-pulping technology, provides a longer flow area for the screened material and faster conveying speed, maximizing the removal of fine-grained material from the feed.

6. Variable frequency design effectively controls screening particle size and more reasonably utilizes the screen mesh for grading.

7. The equipment surface is treated with anti-corrosion and wear-resistant spray coating, effectively extending the equipment life and reducing maintenance requirements.
