The ZWS series high-frequency vibrating screens are perfect for final screening tasks, with each layer of mesh giving off high-frequency vibrations. These screens deliver top efficiency and capacity when sorting fine materials.
Fixed screen frame: The screen vibrates at high frequency while the frame stays put, cutting energy use and wear, lasting longer, needing less maintenance and keeping noise down. No dynamic load and easy to install. 2. Wear protection: Parts that touch the pulp are lined with 6mm wear-resistant rubber or polyurethane, resisting wear and corrosion and making maintenance and removal a breeze.
3. Screen tensioning device: The top and bottom hanging plates have an anti-slip design for quick screen changes and tensioning, cutting downtime and boosting production.
4. Hydraulic Drive Vibration Mechanism: The hydraulic vibrator offers stepless speed adjustment from 0 to 4000 RPM and five adjustable amplitude levels to achieve optimal screening efficiency and output. An optional 3600 RPM electric vibrator is also available.
5. Hydraulic Control Valve Group: Each valve corresponds to one vibrator, allowing individual frequency adjustment to optimize screening parameters for each layer of the screen mesh and achieve the best screening results.
